Recognizing English Vocabulary, Pronunciation and its Meaning / translation through Music

Many people have their own style in Learning English. I found seven learning styles from learning-styles-online.com :

 Visual (spatial): You prefer using pictures, images, and spatial understanding.

  Aural (auditory-musical): You prefer using sound and music.

  Verbal (linguistic): You prefer using words, both in speech and writing.

  Physical (kinesthetic): You prefer using your body, hands and sense of touch.

  Logical (mathematical): You prefer using logic, reasoning and systems.

  Social (interpersonal): You prefer to learn in groups or with other people.

  Solitary (intrapersonal): You prefer to work alone and use self-study.

Today, I would like to share my thought to you that is how to recognize new vocabulary and pronunciation through listening to Music. Okay, let’s do it step by step. Let’s say that you have a new song to listen that has just released by a singer and of course you want to sing that song too. Unfortunately, you do not know how to sing it because you still do not know the lyric yet. It means that you have to recognize the lyric. It is so simple how to get the lyric because it spreads all around the world (internet). Just ask Sir Google; he certainly is going to give you the answer. Okay now you already have the lyric.

First, play the song without reading the lyric. Here, you will find out that you have an unrecognized vocabulary. Let you smile for a moment because it means you will get a new vocabulary. Second, look the unrecognized word/vocabulary on the lyric script. Try to pronounce it, and then ask yourself whether your pronunciation is clear or still wrong. Do not worry; when you have a wrong pronunciation, you are being fixed soon. Third, play the music with the lyric script in your hand. Read and pronounce the lyric while you are listening to the music, and I hope you have already been hypnotized by yourself that you are now have recognized the new vocabulary and the pronunciation. Congratulations! Moreover, you may not know what the meaning of the word you have just recognized is. It is very easy; just use the dictionary to find it out. Welcome Smart Board, Good Bye Chalk Board

Hello young generation, do you still remember when you were in Elementary School, and then in Junior high school, then even in Senior high school? I would like to tell the story and recall you back when we were in Elementary school. Everyday our teachers wrote on the chalkboard about the lesson, then we write it down to our book. You know? How pity they are! After they wrote it on the chalkboard, We could see their hands were getting dirty, full of chalk. Moreover, it could risk an asthma. Although there are some handbooks, however, just the teachers had it; that's why we more often used the chalkboard. 

However, we have to thanks to the chalkboard, especially to the inventor, because if there was no chalkboard, it means maybe there will no Smart Board nowadays. With this new innovation, it changes us from the primitive become the modern one. In what way it changes us to the modern one? As we know that in this modern area, people tend to choose something more practical, efficient, and produce optimal results. Therefore, with this smart board, people in educational atmosphere, want the process in teaching-learning become easier, efficient, then will result deep understanding in every subject matter for the learners, and of course, it must be easy to use.

An Innocent Face

Well, guys, it's already Friday in the midnight. Just around twelve hours ago (11 a.m., Thursday 9) when I had IKD (ILMU KEALAMAN DASAR) class, I did not have breakfast in the morning. Even, I did not have dinner last night; therefore, I have not been eating for about 20 hours. I never do that before. When the lecturer was explaining the materials, blah, blah, blah, there was something mystic blowing my eyes that made me felt sleepy, sleepy, and then, sleeping in sitting position. I still heard what the lecturer was talking about the material. However, that mystic thing came back and blown my eyes and even my ears. Then the voice of the lecturer was fading away, away, and, I started to dream. I was started to walk step by step in my dream. When I almost arrived at the Dream Land Gateway, there was a voice whispering on my ears. It was fading in, then when I had heard it clearly, I recognized it was my lecturer’s voice and he said, “His neck is going to broke” (lehernya mau patah). I opened my eyes closely and pretending there was nothing happen. When I looked at my friends one by one, all of them starred on me. Then I went back to focus to my lecturer, with an innocent face. I did not know what was my lecturer feeling about. LOL

Internet Vocabulary (let's get new vocabulary and getting secured in the cyberspace)

Hello guys! You are flying on internet right now, aren't you? These daily life, when you are surfing on the internet, of course you will meet common words related to the internet. In this video, it is going to explain us about commons words in the internet, and of course, we are going to learn new vocabularies. Photogenic style in this time are very Viral, and it is called 'Selfie'. Are you the one of them? When you look for something, whatever you want look for, everything is gonna be easy with Google. What is Google? Is it a noun or verb, or even an adjective? When you are going to share something like an update status on Facebook, or an announcement in a social media, you post it. You are writing journals, diary, and even your thinking about phenomenons which are happening in your life, a blog is one of some good place to share them. You know a blue bird icon, and you may tweet everyday like a tweety. Even there is a cyber-thief who is trying to steal your bank account; it's called Phishing. And the one which is very very famous today, meme, a picture with some sentences that relates in every different condition and situation. When you are opening your email, you may hate there are some spam e-mails. Be careful with these; these (the email) may contain viruses which can damage your files and computer.
